Who is responsible

Malta Automations, a sole trader based in St. Paul’s Bay, is the controller for personal data sent through maltaautomations.com. Contact: hello@maltaautomations.com. We operate in Malta and serve businesses in Malta and Gozo.

What we collect

If you use the conversation form we receive your name, company, email, phone or WhatsApp number, and the description of the operational problem you type.

If you write to us by email or WhatsApp, we keep the conversation needed to reply and, if we work together later, to help you.

Why we use it

To answer a request for a conversation and, where relevant, to take steps prior to working together (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)). We do not sell your data. We do not use the form for newsletters unless you later ask.

Who sees it

The enquiry stays with us so we can get back to you. Hosting and email providers act on our instructions. Transfers outside the EEA, if any, rely on the processor’s Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become work are deleted or anonymised within 12 months. If we work together, records follow the engagement and Maltese accounting rules.

Your rights

You may access, correct, erase, restrict, or object to processing, and ask for portability, by emailing hello@maltaautomations.com. You may complain to the Information and Data Protection Commissioner in Malta (idpc.org.mt).
