Four places to change, and you only remember two

It is the week before Christmas. Your Google page says open. Facebook says nothing. The website banner is from last year. WhatsApp has no away message.

A customer walks up to a shut door and shows you what Google said. They may not come back. Nobody updates four places in the busiest week of the year.

Today: you change each place alone, if you remember. With this: you paste one ready text into each place.

What we set up with you

We put your normal hours and holiday dates in one sheet. We check the holiday list against the official one and add your village feast. We run it once with you and paste each text into its place together. We tell you in the first chat if it does not fit.

Questions

Does it change Google and Facebook for me?
No. You get the text and the steps, and you paste them in. Nothing is posted for you.
Do I need a special WhatsApp account?
No. The away message is text for the WhatsApp Business app you already have.
Does it know the Malta public holidays?
It has a sample list for 2026 and 2027. You check it against the official list. It only warns you about a holiday with no entry.
What about a lunch break or opening past midnight?
Not yet. It takes one opening time and one closing time per day.
Will it remind me to switch things back?
The steps tell you the day to remove each notice. A reminder before the holidays we set up with you.
What if the Google or Facebook screens look different?
They change now and then. We go through the screens with you, so the steps match what you see.
