The message that came in while you were closed
It is 10pm. A customer writes to you about a broken aircon. You are asleep, and so is the shop. In the morning you scroll to find the message and you answer the loudest one first.
The quiet ones wait. Some may find someone else before you reply.
Today: you hunt through the chat to see who wrote. With this: one short list is waiting, with who wrote and how long they waited.
How it works
- 01
You open the morning list. It shows who wrote while you were closed.
- 02
A reply is ready for each one. It asks three short things: what do you need, when, and where.
- 03
You tap send. WhatsApp opens with the words already in.
What it leaves alone
- Messages in your opening hoursThese stay in your normal chat.
- Chats you already answeredThere is nothing to add.
- Customers who already gave detailsYou answer what they wrote. We do not ask twice.
- People on your do not message listNo message is made for them.
- Landline numbersNumbers starting 21 or 27 cannot get WhatsApp, so they go on a call list.
What we set up with you
We set your opening hours and your holidays. We get your messages from WhatsApp Business as a file, and we set that up with you. We run a few real days with you first, and we tell you in the first chat if it does not fit.
Questions
- Will it message people by itself?
- No. You read each reply and you tap send. The morning list is only for you.
- Do I need to learn anything new?
- No. You keep using the WhatsApp Business app you have now.
- What about customers on a landline?
- Numbers starting 21 or 27 cannot get WhatsApp. They go on a call list.
- Will it promise the customer a time?
- No. It only says when you open next. It never says how fast you will answer.
- What if the customer's answer is not clear?
- We mark it for you. You read it and decide.
- What if my messages cannot be taken out of WhatsApp?
- Tell us in the first chat. If it will not work for you, we say so.
Does this happen in your week?
Give us fifteen minutes. We look at how you work today and tell you straight if this fits. If it does not, we say so. You get one page in writing before anything is built.
