Alert when a lead is waiting
You see which enquiry has waited too long, and on Friday which quotes need a call.
An enquiry waits too long. You get a note, and on Friday a list of quotes to chase.

The lead nobody picked up
An enquiry comes in on Thursday afternoon. Everyone thinks someone else answered. On Monday it is still sitting there.
Quotes go quiet in the same way. Nobody chases them, because nobody knows which ones are three weeks old. That can cost you the job.
Today: you hope someone remembers. With this: a short note says who is waiting, and a Friday list says which quotes to chase.
How it works
- 01
It counts how long each new enquiry has waited, only in your working hours. Nights, Sundays and holidays do not count.
- 02
If one waits too long, you get a short note with a reply ready. On Friday you also get your open quotes, each with a next step.
- 03
You read the note. You tap the reply link or you pick up the phone.
What it leaves alone
- Enquiries that already have a replyIf the status was not updated, we tell you to fix it.
- Enquiries that have not waited long enoughThey are only flagged after your limit.
- Quiet hours at nightNothing is flagged. The note waits for the morning.
- Leads with a wrong date or timeThey are listed apart. We do not guess.
- Landline numbersNumbers starting 21 or 27 cannot get WhatsApp, so they go on a call list.
What we set up with you
We set your working hours, your waiting limit, and the first question to ask. We agree who updates each lead. We run a few real days with you first, and we tell you in the first chat if it does not fit.
Questions
- Will it message people by itself?
- No. It makes a note for you and a reply link. You read it and you tap send.
- Do I need to learn anything new?
- No. The note is a normal WhatsApp message to your own number.
- What about customers on a landline?
- Numbers starting 21 or 27 cannot get WhatsApp. The note tells you to call, and shows the number.
- Does it change my records?
- No. It reads your sheet and tells you what it sees. Someone on your side keeps the status up to date.
- What if we stop for lunch?
- For now, a working day is one block of hours. If your day has a gap, tell us before we start.
Does this happen in your week?
Give us fifteen minutes. We look at how you work today and tell you straight if this fits. If it does not, we say so. You get one page in writing before anything is built.
