The form message nobody saw
It is Tuesday afternoon. A customer filled in your form an hour ago. The message sits in an inbox you open twice a day.
Some enquiries come from Google, some from Facebook, and some come twice. Working out who is real can take longer than answering them.
Today: you check the inbox and copy numbers by hand. With this: one short note per customer, and a reply to tap.
How it works
- 01
A new form message arrives. If the same number sends it twice in ten minutes, it counts once.
- 02
You get a short note: who, what they asked, where it came from, how long ago. A reply is ready too, with one question.
- 03
You tap send. WhatsApp opens with the words already in.
What it leaves alone
- The same form sent twiceIt counts as one enquiry.
- People on your do not message listYou still get the note, but no reply is made for them.
- Forms with no phone and no emailThey are listed apart, so you can see there is no way to reach them.
- Email only enquiriesThere is no WhatsApp link. You get a note to reply by email.
- Landline numbersNumbers starting 21 or 27 cannot get WhatsApp, so they go on a call list.
What we set up with you
We link your form to this with you, set your opening hours, and set only the reply time you can really keep. We run a few real enquiries with you first, and we tell you in the first chat if it does not fit.
Questions
- Will it message people by itself?
- No. You read the reply and you tap send. Nothing goes out without you.
- Do I need to learn anything new?
- No. The reply opens in the WhatsApp app you already use.
- What about customers on a landline?
- Numbers starting 21 or 27 cannot get WhatsApp. They show as call back, with the number by the name.
- Will it promise a reply time?
- Only a time you give us. If you give none, the message says nothing about time.
- What if my website was built by someone else?
- It usually still works if the form messages can be sent or copied out. If not, we tell you.
Does this happen in your week?
Give us fifteen minutes. We look at how you work today and tell you straight if this fits. If it does not, we say so. You get one page in writing before anything is built.
