The call you missed while you were working
It is 6pm. You are under a sink. Your phone rings and you cannot answer. Later you see four missed calls and you do not know which one was a real job.
A customer who gets no answer can often ring the next company on the list. You were not slow on purpose. You were busy doing the work.
Today: you scroll the calls and type the same message again and again. With this: the message is ready, and you tap send.
How it works
- 01
You open your missed calls. The newest are at the top.
- 02
For each mobile number, a short message is ready: sorry we missed your call, what do you need?
- 03
You tap send. WhatsApp opens with the words already in. Then you go back to the job.
What it leaves alone
- Calls you already returnedYou rang them back, so there is nothing to send.
- People on your do not message listNo message is made for them.
- Hidden or wrong numbersThere is nobody to reply to.
- Late nights, Sundays and holidaysThe messages wait for the morning. You tap nothing until then.
- Landline numbersNumbers starting 21 or 27 cannot get WhatsApp, so they go on a call list.
What we set up with you
We get your missed calls from your phone or your switchboard, and we set that up with you. We word the message the way you would say it. We run one real day with you first, and we tell you in the first chat if it does not fit.
Questions
- Will it message people by itself?
- No. You read each message and you tap send. Nothing leaves your phone without you.
- Do I need to learn anything new?
- No. You use the WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business app you already have. Each message opens as a normal chat.
- What about customers on a landline?
- Numbers starting 21 or 27 cannot get WhatsApp. They go on a short call list, with the time of the last call.
- What if the customer writes back?
- You see it like any other message. You answer it yourself.
- Where do my missed calls come from?
- From your phone or your switchboard. If yours cannot give us the list, we tell you in the first chat.
Does this happen in your week?
