What we set up with you

We start with a 15 minute chat, and tell you then if it does not fit. We set when the first heads-up goes and how firm it gets, to suit your filing dates. We read a message aloud on your real list, and you get one page in writing before anything is built.

Questions

Will it message people by itself?
No. It gets each message ready. You read it and tap send.
Do I need to learn anything new?
No. You use the WhatsApp you already have. Each message opens with the words already in it.
What about landline numbers?
Numbers starting 21 or 27 cannot get WhatsApp. They get an email if you have an address, and a call list line if you do not.
Can clients upload the files somewhere?
The message asks them to reply with a photo or PDF. If you have an upload link, it can go in the message. We do not build the upload page.
Does it know when a document arrives?
Not by itself. You mark it received, or we set up a way to do it from your sheet.
What if my clients are not one kind?
The same list works for accountants, agencies and notaries. Only the document names and your tone change.
