The quote that went quiet

It is 9pm. You spent the evening on a quote for a kitchen. Then nothing. A week goes by.

Maybe they said yes to someone else. Maybe they forgot. Asking feels awkward, so the quote sits, and the job can go to whoever did ask.

Today: you remember to ask, or you do not. With this: a message is ready on day 3, 7 and 14, and you tap send.

How it works

  1. 01

You keep your list of sent quotes, and it counts the days since each went out.

  2. 02

On day 3, 7 and 14 a message is ready: a check-in, an offer to help, a polite close.

  3. 03

You tap send. When the client answers, you take it from there.

What it leaves alone

  • Accepted or declined quotesno follow-up needed
  • Quotes you put on holdskipped until the date you choose
  • Clients who asked for no messagesnever written
  • After the third messageno more, the next move is yours
  • Landline numbers (21 or 27)WhatsApp cannot reach them, so they get an email or go on a call list

What we set up with you

We set the days between messages with you, and the words in your voice. We set up how it remembers which message already went out. We run one real morning with you, and say so in the first chat if it does not fit.

Questions

Do I need to learn anything new?
No. Use the WhatsApp you already have. The message opens with the words filled in and you tap send.
Will it message clients by itself?
No. It prepares each message and you tap send. You read it first.
Does it mention the price?
No. It names the quote number and the job only. Any question about money comes to you.
What about clients on a landline?
Numbers starting 21 or 27 cannot get WhatsApp. If we have an email, they get an email message. Otherwise they go on a call list.
What if the client says yes?
You mark the quote accepted and the messages stop for that client.
Where do my quotes need to be?
In a sheet or a list with the client, the quote number, the date and the status. If they live somewhere we cannot read, we say so.

Does this happen in your week?

Give us fifteen minutes. We look at how you work today and tell you straight if this fits. If it does not, we say so. You get one page in writing before anything is built.
