Event deposit payment link on WhatsApp
Each group gets the deposit amount, your payment link and a clear last day to pay.
A group confirms. We write the deposit message with your link. You tap send.

- Daniel Farrugiahold ended 3 October, release or extend

The date you held for a group that never paid
It is Monday morning. A group of twenty said yes two weeks ago. You held the date. Nothing has been paid.
A smaller booking may have gone elsewhere meanwhile. Asking for the deposit takes one message. Remembering which hold ends on which day is what slips.
Today: you scroll back to find who owes what. With this: one list, each message ready, each hold date shown.
How it works
- 01
You open the list each morning. Each confirmed group has its deposit worked out.
- 02
You tap send. The message has your payment link and the last day we hold the date.
- 03
If nobody pays, a reminder is ready later, and you see holds that end within 48 hours.
What it leaves alone
- Groups you have not confirmedno deposit message until you confirm
- Small groupsno deposit asked below the size you choose
- Deposits marked paidnothing goes to a guest who has paid
- Guests who asked for no messagesno message, but you still see their hold on your list
- Landline numbers (21 or 27)WhatsApp cannot reach them, so they get an email or go on a call list
What we set up with you
We use your own payment link, and agree your deposit rules and hold days with you. We do not make the link or see the payment, so you mark each booking paid. If it does not fit how you take group bookings, we say so in the first chat.
Questions
- Does it take the payment?
- No. The guest pays with your own payment link. We never touch the money. You check the payment against the booking.
- Will it message guests by itself?
- No. You read each message and tap send. The list of holds is for you to decide on.
- What if I have one link for everyone?
- That works. The link does not show the amount, so each message states the deposit and the date. You match the payment to the booking.
- What about guests on a landline?
- Numbers starting 21 or 27 cannot get WhatsApp. They get an email if you have one. Otherwise they go on a short call list.
- What happens when a hold runs out?
- The guest gets no more reminders. You see the booking on your list and choose: extend the hold or free the date.
- How does it know someone paid?
- It does not. You mark the booking paid, and the messages stop for that guest.
