They lapse and nobody notices

It is Saturday night. A member's membership runs out. They mean to come back and never do.

You see it a month later, in the till. The same happens with a VRT or an eye test. The customer forgets, and may go somewhere else.

Today: you notice when they are already gone. With this: you tap send while they can still renew.

How it works

  1. 01

You keep a list: who, what they hold, and when it runs out.

  2. 02

As each date gets close, one short message is ready for that customer.

  3. 03

You tap send. WhatsApp opens with the words in, and the customer answers.

What it leaves alone

  • Customers who already renewedno reminder once they have
  • Auto renewals and cancelled membersnothing to chase
  • Reminded in the last 2 daysno pile of messages
  • Expired more than 14 days agoa call from you beats a message
  • Landline numbers21 and 27 cannot get WhatsApp, so they go on a call list

What we set up with you

We start with a 15 minute chat, and tell you then if it does not fit. We set the reminder days with you for each thing you renew, such as 14 and 3 days for a membership. We run it on your real list, and you get one page in writing before anything is built.

Questions

Will it message people by itself?
No. It gets each message ready. You read it and tap send.
Do I need to learn anything new?
No. You use the WhatsApp you already have. Each message opens with the words already in it.
What about landline numbers?
Numbers starting 21 or 27 cannot get WhatsApp. They go on a short call list with the product and the date.
Does it know when someone has renewed?
Not by itself. You enter the renewal date, or we read it from your list. Until then it can still remind them.
How does it know who I already reminded?
We set that up with you, so a customer does not get the same message twice.
What if a customer replies with a question?
You see it like any other message. Anything that is not a clear yes comes to you to answer.

Does this happen in your week?

Give us fifteen minutes. We look at how you work today and tell you straight if this fits. If it does not, we say so. You get one page in writing before anything is built.
