The regular who simply stopped coming

It is a quiet Tuesday. The chair is empty at 3pm. Somewhere a regular is overdue for a cut and has not thought about it.

Nobody leaves on purpose. They forget, and you forget to ask. That can cost you a client you had for years.

Today: you flip through the book and guess who is due. With this: you open a list and tap send.

How it works

  1. 01

You tell us the usual gap for each service, like six weeks for a haircut.

  2. 02

A week before a client is due, they appear on your list with the message ready.

  3. 03

You tap send. The client replies with a day. The most overdue come first, ten a day at most.

What it leaves alone

  • Clients already bookedno point asking someone with a visit in the diary
  • Reminded in the last 30 daysnobody gets the same nudge twice in a month
  • Gone too longafter about eight months a call from you works better than a message
  • Guests who asked for no messagesnever written
  • Landline numbers (21 or 27)WhatsApp cannot reach them, so they go on a short call list

What we set up with you

We agree the gap for each service with you. We set up the client list it reads, and the note of who was already reminded. We run one real morning with you, and say so in the first chat if it does not fit.

Questions

Do I need a special WhatsApp account?
No. Use the WhatsApp you already have. Each message opens with the words filled in and you tap send.
Will it message people by itself?
No. It prepares the list and you tap send. You read the first weeks of messages before you trust them.
Can the gap differ per service?
Yes. A gel manicure and a colour are not on the same cycle. We set each service with you.
What about clients on a landline?
Numbers starting 21 or 27 cannot get WhatsApp. They go on a call list with the service and the last visit next to the number.
Where does my client list need to be?
In a sheet or a list from your booking tool. If it lives somewhere we cannot read, we say so before you spend any time on it.

Does this happen in your week?

Give us fifteen minutes. We look at how you work today and tell you straight if this fits. If it does not, we say so. You get one page in writing before anything is built.
