The rent that is nine days late and nobody said a word

It is the 9th. The rent was due on the 1st. You are showing a flat in Qawra and you remember it only now. Chasing feels awkward, so it waits another week.

Lease end dates can hurt more. The lease finished last Friday, and nobody told the landlord. Registration dates sit in your head or in a folder.

How it works

    Each morning you open a list of leases that need a message today.

    Each one has the tenant, the flat and the date, already written. A lease ending also has a separate note for the landlord.

    You read it and tap send. A registration date comes as a note to you, not to the tenant.

What it leaves alone

  • Months you marked as paidYou tell us. We cannot see your bank.
  • Anyone marked do not messageThey get no rent note and no lease note.
  • Leases that already endedThere is nothing left to chase.
  • Rent more than 30 days lateThat needs a phone call, so it goes on your call list.
  • Landline numbers (21 or 27)WhatsApp cannot reach them, so they go on your call list.

What we set up with you

We take your lease list and run one real morning with you first. You tell us the registration deadline in days, and we do not give legal advice on it. If it does not fit how you work, we say so in the first chat.

Questions

Do I need a special WhatsApp account?
No. Use the WhatsApp Business app you already have. Each message opens with the text filled in, and you tap send.
Will it message tenants by itself?
No. We write the message and you tap send. No payment is taken or asked for.
How does it know a tenant has paid?
It does not. You mark the month as paid in your list. We can help you fill it from your bank record.
What about tenants with a landline?
Numbers starting 21 or 27 cannot get WhatsApp. They go on a call list, with the message next to the number.
Who sets the registration deadline?
You do. You check the number of days against the current rules. We make no legal claim about it.
What if my leases do not fit a sheet?
Tell us how you keep them. If it will not work, we say so in the first chat.
