The cancelled slot that stays empty

It is Wednesday. A client cancels Thursday at 10am. You have a list of people who wanted exactly that, in a notebook or a sheet.

Going down the list takes ten minutes you do not have. So the slot often stays empty, and the hour is lost.

Today: you search the list while a client waits. With this: the right name is picked, and you tap send.

How it works

    You type in the cancelled slot. It looks down your list for the first person who wants that service, that day and that time.

    One calm message is ready, with one question: would you like it?

  3. 03

    You tap send. If they say no, you mark them, run it again, and the next person gets the slot.

What it leaves alone

  • People already booked or taken off the listThey are offered nothing.

What we set up with you

We set up your waiting list and how you type in a cancelled slot. We run it on your real list with you and read the words together. It offers the slot but does not book it. We tell you in the first chat if it does not fit.

Questions

Will it message people by itself?
No. You read each offer and you tap send. Each person gets one offer at a time.
Do I need to learn anything new?
No. You use the WhatsApp app you already have.
What about customers on a landline?
Numbers starting 21 or 27 cannot get WhatsApp. If the first person has a landline, you get a prompt to call. The people behind them wait.
Does it book the slot?
No. You check each yes against your calendar and make the booking yourself.
How long does a person have to answer?
There is no timer. You choose when to mark someone as no, and offer the slot to the next person.
What if my waiting list is somewhere else?
It works if the list can be put into a sheet. If not, we tell you.
