What it is for
Most small businesses run on a notebook, a couple of spreadsheets and the owner's head. This is one page that replaces the part of that you look at every morning: who your clients are, what is booked, what has been paid and what is still owed.
What you can do with it
- Add clients, jobs and invoices, mark them done and edit them later.
- See money in and money owed without building a spreadsheet.
- Export everything to CSV and import it again, so your data is never locked in.
- Switch between light and dark, and use it on a phone or a laptop.
It starts empty, on purpose
There is no sample business in it and no example numbers. The first screen asks you to add your first client. Whatever you enter stays in this browser and nowhere else.
Where it stops
It does not send messages, connect to your bank or talk to your calendar. If you want the same page wired into how your business really runs, that is a conversation, and WhatsApp is the fastest way to start it. You can also see the version we built for a physio, a school and a home-services firm.
